At Hushdry, we care deeply about your comfort and satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Here’s how our returns and refund process works:
Order Changes & Cancellations
We accept order changes and cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order may already be processed and on its way.
To request a change or cancellation, please email us here as soon as possible.
Exchanges & Free Replacements
Not satisfied with your item? We're happy to offer one free exchange or replacement per order, no return required.
To qualify:
- Must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Applies only to the first replacement/exchange of that item
Just email us here with your order number and reason — and we’ll take care of it.
Your first exchange is always 100% free.
No Refund Policy
Hushdry does not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Instead, we provide a free replacement to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your experience.
Refunds will only be considered where required by Australian Consumer Law (for example, in the case of a major fault that cannot be remedied by replacement).
Who Covers Return Shipping?
Hushdry covers return shipping in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
- Items damaged on arrival
Just email us with a clear photo or video of the issue, and we’ll provide a free return label or send a replacement.
If the return is due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
